Vilim Podreka

Vilim Podreka is the Managing Director and Owner of Creative Ingredients, bringing more than 35 years of leadership experience across FMCG, foodservice, logistics, supply chain, and national account management.
Throughout his career, Vilim has held senior leadership positions spanning HORECA sales, procurement, people and culture, business development, business change, route to markets and key account management (P&C). He has also led national operations for major organisations including Crown Casino, Nestlé, and Visy, overseeing complex supply chains, distribution networks, and large-scale logistics operations.
His expertise encompasses route distribution, line-haul freight management for Coles and Woolworths, import operations, warehouse and inventory management, ERP systems implementation (SAP and Oracle), and third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships with Toll Logistics. He has also played a key role in establishing and managing offshore operational capabilities in Manila.
As Managing Director of Creative Ingredients, Vilim combines commercial strategy with operational excellence to deliver scalable systems, innovative solutions, and sustainable growth across the hospitality and food manufacturing sectors. His focus spans the bakery, pastry, chocolate, gelato and HORECA industries, where he is committed to helping businesses improve product quality, efficiency, and profitability.
