What’s more Aussie than a classic meat pie? For over three decades, the Official Great Aussie Pie Competition has celebrated the humble pie and its flaky pastry cousins as true national treasures.
In its 37th year, this fiercely loved industry competition brought together experts from across the country to find the best pie in Australia. Hosted by the Great Aussie Pie Council and judged live on the show floor, it’s more than a tradition – it’s a benchmark for bakeries doing it well.
Expert judges put Australia’s best pies, sausage rolls and pastries to the taste test, critiquing everything from flavour and texture to presentation and consistency.
