Daria Nechiporenko

Daria Nechiporenko is a pastry chef, chocolatier, and bakery specialist with extensive experience across Australia’s hospitality and baking sectors. Her career spans fine dining, large scale production, boutique patisseries, and product development, giving her a broad understanding of both artisan craft and commercial manufacturing.
Trained at Le Cordon Bleu and qualified in vocational training and assessment, Daria currently works as the Bakery Sales Manager and Technical Specialist for Creative Ingredients & IREKS Group. In this role, she supports bakeries nationwide with formulation guidance, ingredient functionality, troubleshooting, and product innovation. She also contributes to industry education through her work with Le Cordon Bleu Australia and ongoing consulting projects.
Daria is known for her practical, ingredient focused approach and her ability to connect modern bakery technology with real world production needs. Her work centres on helping bakeries improve consistency, streamline processes, and create high quality products across a wide range of applications.
