Cusà black olives, from the native Nocellara del Belice variety, undergo a long, slow natural fermentation without additives, giving them a bold, intense flavour with a slight bitterness. Seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and spices, they are packaged in 130g glass jars and have a 24-month shelf life
