The organic malloreddus are made with organic durum wheat, bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperatures. Method: Bronze drawn for a rough surface that retains the sauce well. Drying: Slow and at low temperature (45°C - 50°C) in static cells to keep the values and flavor of the wheat intact
