Final Day of Fine Food Australia
And that’s a wrap! We can’t believe another great year of Fine Food Australia has passed, but what a show it’s been. We saw visitors lining up before the show opened again this morning – and as visitors queued, members of the acrobatic pizza team were spinning up a storm on the set of the Today Show on the other side of town.
The skills and excitement on the show floor were just as impressive however, and a host of competitions on site reached their pinnacles today. The last day of the Battle of the Pacific took place, and two food writers stopped by to check out what the team from Vanuatu would dish up. We also saw the winners of the much-loved the Official Great Aussie Pie and the Sausage Roll Competition announced, as was the Bake Skills Australia 2015 Champion Team.
This afternoon also saw the inaugural Tea Masterclass held, and our diverse and valuable series of presentations and information seminars continued across the floor. This afternoon was also a great chance for everyone to get around and experience the breadth and variety of our incredible show floor offering thanks to all of our fabulous exhibitors.
2015 has seen Sydney welcome the show back to its shores with open arms, and it’s been an incredibly successful show. We can’t wait to do it all again in Melbourne next year – and Sydney, we’ll see you again in 2017!
