In 1975, Australia was a different place. Gough Whitlam was Prime Minister, petrol was 21 cents a litre, and a brand-new Kingswood could be yours for $4,000. That same year, a group of dedicated farmers united with a shared vision—to bring the very best produce from their fields to Australian tables. From that vision came the first Windsor Farm product: tender mushrooms in butter sauce.

Our oregano is grown exclusively in the sun-drenched hills of Greece, harvested at peak flavour for unmatched consistency. We source the finest whole spices from the regions where they grow best, then steam sterilise, grind, and blend them at our Australian facilities. Every step is designed to preserve flavour integrity and meet GFSI and SQF standards.

Seasonings, Coatings & Rubs – Innovation Meets Tradition

With over 50 seasoning varieties and an extensive range of dry rubs, we combine time-honoured spice knowledge with on-trend creativity. Our in-house R&D team works with chefs to create custom blends that meet menu requirements, all crafted from ingredients sourced for their authenticity and traceability.
