We can’t believe we’re already at the end of day 3 of this year’s Fine Food Australia, and things are definitely not slowing down on the show floor! The morning started with Sunrise showing their great segments from yesterday, and the day continued with even more media interest in our great event.

Flavours of NSW saw the Minister for Regional Development attend the show first thing this morning, meeting some of our regional producers and apprentices. We then welcomed Peter Wilkins from the ABC who came down to try his hand at pie judging, Prime 7 swung by to talk to some exhibitors from regional NSW, and the SBS news crew were seen around the floor getting footage and also interviewing our own Minnie Constan.

The second annual Women in Foodservice Charity Event took place at the Pullman Hotel this morning. Guest speakers Anna Polyvious and Laura Neville share their stories to a packed venue that benefited not only the ladies in the room, but OzHarvest and the P.A.R.T.Y Program who will receive all profits from the event.

The day continued in a whirlwind of demonstrations, presentations, food samples, guest speakers and business conversations. With so much still to happen, we’re looking forward to another great day tomorrow – the last day for Fine Food Australia 2015!
