“Mastering the Art” with Euroquip
This year Fine Food is going to welcome you with a great atmosphere. As you will walk in the foyer of the ICC Sydney, you will get the chance to see some of the best chefs in the business in action!
We have named this event “Mastering the Art”. The first day will be focused on the The Australian Pastry Team (FIPGC) who are going to represent Australia in the Grand Final of the Pastry World Cup FIPGC in Milan.
During the Fine Food Expo, through this event, a lot of talented chefs such us APA teachers (From Tafe NSW), Jessica Pedemont (from Chocolate Artisan), Anthony Silvio (from Brasserie Bread), Lucio De Falco (from Lucio Pizzeria) and many others, are going to demonstrate their skills.
The chefs will be demonstrating their skills using quality catering equipment provided by Euroquip.
