Celebrating The Ultimate Food Event

Mar 7, 2022

The last few months have been a whirlwind of industry triumphs and hardships. Now with the easing of almost all restrictions across the east coast, increased travel and a positive outlook for the industry, we’re looking ahead excitedly for the rest of this year.

This week would have hosted Fine Food Sydney, and while we are not opening the physical doors, we’re still busily uniting buyers with suppliers across the Fine Food platform. This makes us all the hungrier to welcome the industry back to Fine Food, 5 – 8 September 2022 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre for what will be the penultimate regathering of the entire industry across not just foodservice but food retail, bakery, high volume and Importers and wholesalers.

This year Fine Food is focusing on ‘The Ultimate Food event’, and despite the ongoing disruptions and pressures that have challenged hospitality in particular, Fine Food Australia continues to be a stalwart leader for the food trade. We are extremely grateful for the support we continue to receive from the industry, particularly our exhibitors whom we know are working hard alongside us to deliver a truly special Fine Food later this year.

2022 will see a Fine Food like never before, with some favourite features and events making a comeback to the show floor including the ACF Competition Arena, ASCA Coffee Challenge and education and demonstration stages. There will also be some new and exciting features at this year’s event, so stay tuned for updates throughout the lead up to September.

We’re readying to facilitate meaningful discussions at our Talking Trends, The Source and Talking Shop stages (stay tuned for more info on that in the coming months!). In the meantime we’ll be tackling topics via our Industry news page like tackling food waste, the influence and role of technology for your business, sustainable packaging and attracting and retaining staff. Be the first to read these discussions through our content channel delivering straight to your inbox and posted on our Industry News page.

The digital Product Directory is also available free to buyers 365 days a year, connecting operators to suppliers and products across categories including Back of House, Specialty Food, Ingredients, Business Services and more.

We can’t wait to deliver a strong, vibrant, and safe show for the industry in September. If you’d like to enquire about exhibiting in Melbourne, please contact our team here. Registration to attend Fine Food Melbourne will open mid-year. If you haven’t already, make sure you subscribe to our mailing list for event updates.
