Sep 20, 2015

This year’s Fine Food Australia will be a veritable showcase of new products and innovations, one of the highlights is taking place at the Bulla Family Dairy stand. Today Bulla launched a groundbreaking new product which is guaranteed to be a source of excitement over the four days.

Unveiled at Fine Food Australia today, Bulla Gastronorm is a new solution designed to enable more efficient and easy product use in busy commercial kitchens. Created in conjunction with professional chefs, Bulla Gastronorm is a form-cut, bain-marie style, stackable and fit-for-service solution available in six of Bulla’s most popular product varieties. A demonstration of innovation within the foodservice industry, this highly anticipated new product solution will be seen in action at the Bulla Family Dairy stand.

Chef Dario D’Agostino will host a series of interactive sessions at Fine Food Australia demonstrating the new product. Dario’s cooking sessions will get the creative juices flowing through unexpected ways to use Bulla’s fantastic new products – from granola to the perfect soft shell crab slider, creamy pumpkin risotto or mouth-watering slow cooked lamb.

In addition to the action at the stand, another key element of Bulla’s Platinum partnership with Fine Food Australia is the Bulla Pastry Stage, featuring renowned and much-loved chefs Kirsten Tibballs, Anna Polyviou, and Marike Van Beurden. These queens of dessert will be wowing audiences with the tricks of their trade: tempering chocolate, showcasing new trends and giving new life to old pastry classics.
