2015’s BEST NEW PRODUCTS FROM THE FOOD INDUSTRY ANNOUNCED

This afternoon, in a ceremony held at the country’s largest food event – Fine Food Australia – the best new products of 2015 were announced, and what a great list of products it is!

The Best New Product Awards is an opportunity to recognise the most outstanding products to have launched in the food industry in the last twelve months, and is all about celebrating the best solutions for challenges experienced by the industry. This year has seen the highest number of entries in the Awards that Fine Food Australia has ever seen in each of its five categories: Retail, Hospitality, Bakery, Foodservice and Australian Made.

This year’s Awards gave those in attendance a chance to celebrate innovation in the foodservice industry, and from Italian beer to printed enviro-cups to Vietnamese chocolate, the entrants are a true representation of the eclectic mix of exhibitors at the show every year.

Event Director Minnie Constan hosted the Awards Ceremony and said, “2015 has once again proved to be an exciting and challenging year for our industry. We constantly need to reinvent ourselves and evolve in line with consumer demands and industry trends, and the New Product Awards is a great opportunity to recognize those businesses who are doing just that. It’s also a great way to celebrate everything that is great about the business we are in.”
