Phil Llewellyn, pdc.nz, has worked both in Europe, and Australasia, with a strong background in hotel design. Based in New Zealand, completing projects throughout Australasia he has been operational hospitality design consultant for over 30 years and is known for his work on large commercial kitchens and multifaceted projects.
