Matt Froude

Matt Froude is Owner and Wine and Sake maker at Municipal Wine & Sake. Matt developed a love and deep knowledge of Japanese drinks while he lived in Japan multiple times in his 20’s and 30’s including a stint at the amazing Grace Winery in Yamanashi. Since 2019 Matt has been returning to Japan yearly to make sake for his brand Municipal. Throughout this time Matt has been delving deeper into other Japanese drinks like Shochu and Whiskey.
