Japanese Distilled Beverages

This session will give attendees a basic introduction to Distilled beverages from Japan with a focus on Shochu and Whiskey. Attendees will better understand the history of both, what Shochu actually is, how it is made and the beautiful locations where they are produced. They will also be introduced to three distilled products to taste, in order to appreciate the quality.
