Katrina Patton is the co-founder of Pyewackets Traditional, an artisanal, alcohol free beverage company based in Northern NSW. Katrina brings her background in sustainability, farming and product development to create traditional shrubs, bitters and herbal tonics using locally grown surplus and ‘ugly fruit’.
