Guillaume has been a chef for almost 20 years. With experience from around the globe in Michelin starred restaurants in Cannes, Paris, New York, Dublin, London and now Australia. Guillaume is passionate about innovation and improving the restaurant industry. 5 years ago, after using spreadsheets for years, he was looking for a simple way to calculate his food costs and store his recipes. Unable to find the right program, he created Chef Notepad. His program is considered today the ultimate kitchen tool for Chefs to calculate recipes, manage food costs and simplify stocktake.
