Our Organic FairTrade Cacao Powder is available alkalised and natural with a fat content of 10-12% (higher fat contents are available upon request). Alkalised cacao is more suitable for beverage preparation and natural for dry mixing. Bean comes from South America. The cacao is packed in 25Kg bags, 750Kg/pallet.
