Ingredients
Our organic panela (or rapadura) is non-GMO and used in multiple food and industrial applications. Panela does not undergo a centrifugal process as sugar does. The cane juice is slowly dehydrated, so that the molasses and the nutrients remain in the panela giving it a distinct caramel flavour.
