Harvested in winter from the Gaoligong Mountains, our mature black truffles are available in two concentrations: a 10% Classic Blend and a Premium Blend containing 30% or more black truffle. Rich and intensely aromatic, they pair perfectly with pasta, steak, fried rice and omelettes.
