Yagi-Shuzobu, the brewer of Yamatan Masamune, was founded in 1831 in Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture, facing the Seto Inland Sea. We are particular about using local rice, water, and handcrafted sake, and are conscious of the terroir in brewing sake that goes well with Setouchi seafood and local cuisine.
