I grew up in the country and still live on and operate a beef cattle farm. Many of the skills and practicality from farming put me in good stead for running such a large seafood wholesale business. Farmers and Fishermen have a lot of battles and goals in common. Production to suit a market has its difficulties and Mitchelson’s have certainly nailed it with their whitebait.
