With over 15 years of experience as a Corporate Chef specialising in Spices and Seasonings, I have had an amazing opportunity to work with leading Restaurants and Manufacturers in the Food Service & Retail Industries.

This role has provided me with the chance to work with some of the largest Corporations both here in Australia and Asia, such as mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, and the Philippines.

Working in a major Food Ingredients company has given me a diverse insight into the world of Food Science. This has allowed me to work with, and alongside, some of the leading Food Scientists in the Industry. I bring this to bear in understanding current trends, flavours, and the techniques required to meet my clients’ needs.
