The Official Great Aussie Pie Competition

Paying homage to Aussie’s much-loved icon, the perfect pie - categories include, Plain Meat Pie (Plain, Chunky and Plain/Chunky Combo) / Gourmet Pie = Red Meat, Poultry, Game, Vegetarian, Seafood, Gluten Free, Apple, Brekkie Pie / Plain and Gourmet Sausage Roll.

There’s no doubt about it. Meat pies are an Aussie icon, so we are excited to welcome back Australia’s best Bakers and Pie Makers to Fine Food Australia to compete for the most sought-after Great Australian Pie Awards.

Judged on-site all day Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday – there will be a range of iconic, delicious, and diverse pie and pastry awards. From the best traditional plain meat pie (mince, chunky or combo) to the John Ross Innovation Award to the tastiest slow cooked BBQ pie – these awards are not to be missed. There will also be sausage roll awards up for the win, with the best plain, gourmet and GF sausage rolls. Yum!
