Across four flavour-packed days, you’ll see renowned chefs, top talent, and rising culinary stars share their expertise through live cooking demos, ingredient deep-dives, and creative presentations.

From local sourcing and seasonal produce to global flavours, each session is a chance to learn, get inspired, and reimagine your approach to food.
