Bake Skills Australia returns to the show-floor with a powerful showcase of technical skill, creativity, and rising talent in the baking and pastry world.

Held live on the show floor across four days, the competition features the National Pastry Chef Championship and the National Baking Championships — two headline events where Australia’s most promising young pastry chefs and bakers put their skills to the test in a high-pressure, high-reward environment.

With a proud 30-year legacy, Bake Skills Australia is dedicated to promoting education, quality, and innovation in the industry. These competitions provide a national stage for emerging bakers to shine, gain recognition, and connect with the broader industry.
