Be the first to understand the latest data, trends and insights for our foodservice industry!

After another sold-out event in 2024, AFAB hosted the 4th State of Play Foodservice Report 2025 Breakfast Launch in partnership with Fine Food Australia. Attendees gained first-hand insights into the latest data, trends, and developments in the foodservice industry, bringing valuable knowledge back to their businesses to help create a competitive advantage in 2025.

The morning began with a stand-up networking breakfast, followed by an opening from the CEO covering key changes and focal points uncovered in the report. An expert panel then discussed the challenges and opportunities these focal points presented, with the session concluding by 9:30 am, just in time for Day 2 of Fine Food Australia, which started at 10:00 am.

AFAB’s State of Play Foodservice Report 2025 provided the first definitive insights of its kind, covering key industry trends by stakeholder groups, employment insights, food waste, essential foodservice industry facts, dining out in Australia, food distribution, the size of the Australian foodservice market from 2017–2025, and future projections.

Attendees left with a deeper understanding of the latest trends and insights shaping Australia’s foodservice industry.
