Suravi Koirala is the Technology Manager at FISHBOWL, the healthy bowl chain. She manages restaurant technology operations and works with technology vendors to deliver integrated solutions that support day-to-day restaurant operations.
Having started her career in restaurant operations at FISHBOWL, Suravi brings first-hand operational experience and a practical understanding of how connected, well-integrated technology can reduce operational complexity, improve how restaurants operate, support restaurant teams, and create a more connected customer experience.
She has an academic background in Information Systems from Swinburne University of Technology.
