Steven Babo

Steve has spent over 11 years at The Pancake Parlour and is primarily responsible for building the company’s digital eco-system, including their popular loyalty program which has just reached 600,000 members. Over the last 18 months, Steve managed the company’s digital transformation, which included rolling out Square across 13 restaurants and integrating into loyalty, mobile ordering, inventory and reservations. Steve is now implementing AI across the company, from optimising internal workflows at head office to delivering timely data and analytics to Operations on the ground.
