Simon Millcock

Simon has 35 years experience in Regional Development and he is co-founder of a social enterprise Chef Outta Water which is an international chef exchange program. He is the volunteer coordinator of the annual Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb whilst volunteering with a hospitality school for disadvantaged youth in Cambodia and currently help to develop their International Alumni Exchange Program. Simon has a focus on assisting communities with cultural understanding through culinary connections.
