Rob Collier is the Managing Director of Segafredo Bean Alliance Australia, one of Australia’s leading coffee roasters and equipment solution providers. Rob also led Riverina Fresh for almost ten years and has worked closely with many of the leading roasters, cafes and equipment providers across the coffee industry. With more than twenty years’ experience across food, coffee and FMCG, Rob has led the transformation of the Segafredo Bean Alliance business into a fully integrated national coffee solutions company, spanning coffee roasting, premium equipment, service, and retail channels. The company represents globally recognised brands including Segafredo, Dr Coffee, La Cimbali, Gaggia, Eureka, Coffex and more supplying solutions to cafés, restaurants, workplaces and major retailers across Australia. Rob is passionate about the future of coffee and brings a practical commercial perspective on how operators and suppliers can navigate changing consumer and customer expectations, technology, business challenges and evolving market dynamics.
