Jo Moxey is a business executive and growth leader who currently serves as Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at Tyro Payments, one of Australia’s leading fintech and payments companies. She is known for her experience in large-scale sales leadership, customer experience transformation, banking operations, and commercial growth strategy.
Career Background
Jo has more than 25 years of leadership experience across financial services and consumer goods. Her career began in FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods), where she held senior commercial and sales roles with major brands including:
• Cadbury
• Arnott’s
• Ferrero
• Coca-Cola Amatil
These roles focused heavily on sales execution, retail partnerships, channel strategy, and commercial operations.
In 2015, she transitioned into financial services, joining Westpac Group in senior executive positions. During her time there, she led major retail banking and customer service operations, including:
• Wealth Distribution Sales
• Retail branch networks
• Consumer and business call centres
• Virtual banking operations
In her last role at Westpac she oversaw:
• more than 1,000 banking staff,
• millions of customer calls annually,
• multi-hundred-million-dollar operating budgets and P&Ls.
She also held leadership positions at BT Financial Group and worked as a financial services consultant, including consulting work connected with the Reserve Bank of Australia.

Jo joined Tyro Payments in Sep 2025 At Tyro, she is responsible for aligning:
