Garry Stokes

Garry Stokes has more than 40 years experience in the hospitality industry, working in many areas of the industry. Garry’s started his career in Commercial Cookery, working in Australia and overseas Hotels gaining experience in a wide cross-section of establishments. Garry has more that 25 years teaching experience in the private and public sector and holds a Bachelors of Adult Education and a Masters of Education, from the University of Technology, Sydney. Garry also holds a “Food and Beverage Management” qualification from Cornell University in the USA. Garry has been recognized for his outstanding achievements in the Hospitality Industry, receiving a Legend of Hospitality Award from Tourism Training Australia, Trainer of the  from Service Skills Australia and Recognition by TAFE NSW for achievement in outstanding team development. Garry has extensive Industry contacts and is an active member of the Tourism Hospitality and Catering Institute of Australia, Director of Tourism Training Australia
