Gad Assayag, born in Jerusalem, is the Executive pastry chef of Baker Bleu. With over twenty years of experience in fine dining restaurants, including Vue de Monde and Stokehouse, and managing pastry production at bakeries and cafe groups, including Mork Chocolate and Woodfrog bakery.
Gad has an enormous wealth of knowledge across pâtisserie, viennoiserie & baking. Gad is currently studying food science.
