Born and raised in Perth, Australia, CEO and Co-Founder Craig Joel has worked in hospitality since the start of his career. From running his own restaurant to presiding the Catering Institute of Australia (ACI) for a full decade, his 30 years in hospitality led him to discover a gap in the industry that he knows and loves.
He dreamt of creating a product that put control back in the hands of restaurant operators. So, with a group of restaurant owners, Craig set out to build the solution — a hospitality reservation platform that thrives with its service to venues, not at the expense of them.
