Angelica iuliano is an award-winning pastry chef and the Group Pastry Chef at MoVida, Melbourne. Representing Queen Professional since 2023, Angelica brings over a decade of experience and a reputation for reimagining classic desserts with bold, innovative flair. Her work spans top venues including The Langham, Dinner by Heston, and Burch & Purchese, and she’s known for her creative use of Queen’s product ranges to craft visually stunning, flavour-forward creations.

As Co-Chair of the Victorian Young Chefs Club and 2025 Pastry Mentor for Proud to Be a Chef, Angelica is passionate about inspiring the next generation of culinary talent.
