Andrew Brain has been in the foodservice industry since 1986 and one of the directors of Foodservice Consultants Australia (FCA) since 2011. FCA established in 1978. Over the last 48 years, FCA has expanded its capability as the leading consulting service throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
Andrew has been a member of FCSI since 2025, a board member of Asia Pacific from 2019. FCSI World Wide board member since 2022.
Andrew and the FCA team continue to develop innovative technologies enabling us to provide the best solutions to meet our clients’ needs.
In 2014, Andrew took the reins of MTD Hospitality Consulting (formerly McCartney Taylor Dimitroff, MTD) joined with FCA and this greatly added to our functional expertise in our architectural service capability and building services expertise available to clients.
