Made using our malt spirit, we steep Tasmanian lavender to impart a beautiful floral aroma (the heads are steeped to capture the florals without the flavour of the stem). We then sweeten with sugar syrup and colour with butterfly pea flower to create a vibrant floral liqueur perfect for cocktails.
