This liqueur is made by hand-harvesting pesticide-free Kabosu from Usuki, Oita, and combining them with our authentic shochu, which has been soaked with natural water from the Kubo Valley in Usuki. The sweetness of the kabosu and the bitterness of the skin create a richly flavored liqueur.
