Lee Cheung Woo started his business in 1938 and initially crafted sticky rice and glutinous rice in Yuen Long, successfully occupied an important position in the market for its high quality. In the 90s, Lee moved the production line to Thailand. Shun Fat Ma Kee acquired the brand from Lee in 2010.
