Crafted by an authentic butter-maker in a traditional butter churn, using cream skimmed from pasteurised goats’ milk. Deliciously mild, enjoyed as an alternative to cows’ butter for health reasons, or just for a different taste. Use like ordinary butter: on toast, a baked potato or as a cooking ingredient.
