Jervis Bay's Booderee takes its name from the Dhurga word meaning Bay of Plenty. Large quantities of whirlpool and dry hops deliver boatloads of fruit and waves of flavour. Mango, stonefruit, pineapple and citrus are all to the fore, while a welcome bitterness gently washes the pallet clean.
