We make tiger nut milk! Tiger nuts are not actually nuts, they are nutrient dense little root vegetables. We use Australian olive oil in our milk (no seed oils) and tiger nuts only need rainwater to grow. We get our tiger nuts from a female farming collective in Burkina Faso, West Africa and make out milk in Melbourne.
