My name is Andrea Manna, an Italian pastry chef born in the heart of the Dolomites. I grew up in my family’s restaurant, proudly run by my family for over 50 years, where my passion for food and hospitality began.
Almost 10 years ago, I chose to pursue my career in pastry, studying at Hangar78 alongside some of the best pastry chefs in the world. Pastry and chocolate quickly became a central part of my life, driving me to continuously learn, create, and push my craft further.
Four years ago, I moved to Australia, a country that has given me opportunities beyond what I could have imagined. Today, as an Ambassador for two incredible brands, TecnoEka and SinOfCold, I’m excited to give back to the Australian pastry community by sharing my passion, knowledge, and love for the craft.
