Adetokunboh Adeniyi is a seasoned hospitality expert and founder of award winning Little Lagos Bistro & Bar based in Newtown, Sydney. Adetokunboh is also the founder of The Lagosians, a street wear brand inspired by Little Lagos and The Afro-Caribbean Cookout – a street food fusion brand exploring the culinary connections between West Africa & The Caribbean.
Adetokunboh mentors at FoodLab, a not for profit social enterprise organisation that helps entrepreneurs with high barriers to entry formalise and grow food business by supporting and training food business owners with education, commercial kitchen rental and mentoring. As a culinary business incubator, FoodLab focuses on supporting migrants, refugees, Aboriginal-Australians and low income entrepreneurs. Having worked in the hospitality space for over 10 years both in Australia and overseas, Adetokunboh is dedicated to sharing knowledge, mentoring and helping other small business owners grow and reach their potential.
