Visitor Validation Process
To maintain a curated environment for industry professionals, we introduced a new process in 2025 that requires all visitors to complete a short pre-qualification form to assess their eligibility to attend the event. This helps us to ensure Fine Food Australia remains focused on serving professionals in the foodservice, hospitality, and retail sectors.
We appreciate your understanding as we roll out this new validation process, which delivers value to our visitors and exhibitors. The next edition of Fine Food Australia will be held 31 August to 3 September 2026 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.
What you Need to Confirm your Trade Entry
Once your pre-verification is approved, you’ll be directed to complete the full registration form.
If you completed pre-qualification and did not meet our eligibility criteria, but think we might have this wrong, you can reach out to our team to request a manual review. Keep an eye out in your inbox for instructions on how to do this, otherwise you can email [email protected].
Onsite Registration
New registrations at the event will also be verified. Please come along with your ABN and proof of industry involvement. Pre-register online free before event opening, or pay $50 +GST online or at the door during show days.
Registration for 2026 will open in May.
