Coming to Fine Food Australia and looking to develop your export market capabilities, knowledge and buyer connections?
Hosted at the ICC Sydney over two days (and before Fine Food show doors open), we will host two key sessions facilitated by the Founding Director of Export Connect, Najib Lawand, who brings over 30 years of export market development experience.
The Export Market Insights & Networking Session (Wednesday, 10th Sep) will feature a key retailer/distributor from priority export markets for Australian producers. Previous Export Connect sessions hosted at Fine Food Australia have featured executive buyers from Cold Storage Singapore, Choithrams UAE, Booths Supermarket UK and Eurok USA. During the session, you’ll get to hear valuable and up-to-minute insights into the consumer, channel and category trends, along with what the retailer/distributor looks for in a supplier and how to work with them. This will be followed by a Q&A panel and an opportunity for you to network with the buyer, other food and beverage businesses and stakeholders in the room. More details on the retailer/distributor to come!
The Export Capability-Building Session (Thursday, 11th Sep) will feature successful Australian food & beverage exporters. Learn from these exporters as they share practical advice on market selection, market entry and export pricing strategies, and the opportunities and challenges they’re currently facing in priority export markets. The Q&A panel will be followed by an opportunity for you to network with the exporters, other food and beverage businesses and stakeholders in the room.
