With leading pastry chefs conducting masterclasses on desserts, cakes and more, the Mayers Innovation in the Patisserie Stage, sponsored by Mayers, featured exciting demonstrations from some of Australia’s best bakers, chocolatiers, and pastry chefs.

Attendees had the opportunity to see cutting-edge techniques in action and learn from the very best in the industry. Taking place across all four days and free to attend, it was a must for anyone looking to elevate their patisserie skills and stay ahead of the latest trends.
