Bake Skills Australia

bakeskillsApprentice bakers from each state competed in a live bakery challenge across 26 product categories. Competing teams were challenged with a range of products to produce each day.

Product categories included specialty & artisan breads, baguettes, pretzels, croissants, pastries, profiteroles, gourmet pies, as well as display and centrepieces made from bread and chocolate.
