Akashi Sake Brewery is an artisanal producer in Akashi city. Together with Kaikyo Distillery crafts whisky and Japanese Gin. We use local ingredients, small batches, and respect ancient sake-making techniques. Innovation drives us to offer sake with new values, reflecting the unique local climate. Akashi-Tai, with over 150 years of history, is the result of our dedication to the craft.
